Important: Each 5 x 7 photograph must arrive in its own envelope with an entry form, along with a CD slide of the image. Participants may enter up to three photographs. Do not send packages containing multiple entries. Each entry requires an entry form. Photocopies of this form are acceptable. Deadline: entries must be postmarked by May 22, 2009, and mailed to Palomar Audubon Society, P.O. Box 2483 Escondido, CA 92033. Please print legibly.

I certify that this photograph was taken in the county of San Diego, California, and that it has not been published in another commercial publication or online for sale. I certify that this photograph was taken after January 1, 2007. I understand that prints will only be returned if they arrive with a self addressed, stamped envelope of the correct size. CD’s will not be returned. I acknowledge that failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification of my entry. I grant Palomar Audubon the right to use my photograph in PAS activities, including, but not limited to fundraising and education.
