Wilderness Gardens Field Trip Report

HI Birders,
 
This morning April 22, sixteen birders hiked around Wilderness Gardens Preserve in Pala. The weather was really hot but we managed to find 38 bird species.  Lots of Acorn Woodpeckers, Hooded Orioles, Bullocks Orioles, and Phainopeplas. Good looks at a really nice vocal Canyon Wren.
