This morning’s walk had a total of 11 birders join together for a warm and productive walk.
We had a total bird count of 42 species with 2 uncommon sightings.
Our first uncommon sighting was a Yellow Crowned Night Heron seen at a distance and then again as he flew by us. The second was a flock of White Faced Ibis numbering around 50-60 birds flying towards the east basins. I don’t think anyone present had seen such a large number at one time before.
