Hi Everyone,
On Saturday morning , June 7, ten birders walked around Wm Heise County Park and later met up for a picnic lunch at Santa Ysabel Mission. The weather was perfect with a cool breeze present most of the day. We had real good looks at the Black-chinned Sparrow, Purple Martins, both Orioles, and Western Kingbirds. We found 55 species at the two locations. Here’s our list of bird species:
