PAS Field Trip Report: Daley Ranch

On Saturday, October 26, twenty-four birders met up at Daley Ranch in
Escondido, where we found 40 different bird species. The weather was
perfect for a comfortable Fall Saturday morning birding walk,

We found lots of California Quail, Yellow-rumped Warblers, and Bushtits.
I think the best birds of the day was watching the large flock of our CA
State Bird, the California Quail. Always a birding favorite!

Many thanks go out to Mary Jo Hayes for handling our eBird checklist and
our wonderful photographers. https://ebird.org/checklist/S200386266
