While most of the country is suffering an artic blast of cold air, 18 birders enjoyed a warm beautiful day in San Diego. For the fourth year in a roll we saw an Eurasian Wigeon. We also saw several Surf Scoters and Redheads, always a treat. I’m hoping that several of the birders with cameras will send in their photos to PAS, because of the good lighting and close looks that we had of many species of waterfowl.
