Hi Birding Friends,

On Saturday September 23, seventeen birders walked around Kumeyaay Lake
Campground near Santee CA. We had almost perfect weather.

We found 42 different bird species. Lots of House Finches, California
Towhees, and California Scrub-Jays. The best bird found was the Summer
Tanager.
