Friends,

Under threat of rain, only 9 birders joined this walk.  It was overcast, but we were able to complete the walk before the rain started.  This was the lowest I have seen the water level in the river.  We saw many more shopping carts, plus a mud flat area that had many shorebirds.  American Wigeon was the most common and Reddish Egret the best.  See the eBird report for details and many nice photos of birds seen.
