Highlights for most of us: the very cooperative Red-breasted sapsucker and the American white pelicans.

Comments: This was a Palomar Audubon sponsored walk. The object was not a bird count. The air was still, many fishermen on and around the lake. The coastal sage scrub/chaparral habitats were quiet. The picnic areas and riparian areas were the birdiest locations.
