PAS Field Trip Report: Wilderness Gardens Preserve
On Saturday, April 11, sixteen birders walked around Wilderness Gardens
Preserve in Pala, and we found 42 different bird species.
The weather was excellent for most of the morning, but it became quite
warm at the end of our walk.
Many thanks go out to Steve Ellis for keeping track of the birds we
found, and also to our wonderful photographers. The best bird of the
day has to be the uncommon female Purple Finch.
