Friends,

About 42 birders join the walk on a pleasant day.  About 15 birders continued the walk at Famosa Slough.  We saw a good verity of shore birds, some still in breeding plumage. Highlights included a Reddish Egret, an Osprey catching a large fish, and a rarity for this location, a Lessor Yellowlegs   In total we saw 47 species and 218 individuals at the mudflats and 21 species and 56 individuals at Famosa Slough.  See the eBird report for details and many nice photos of birds seen.
